All our jewellery is handcrafted with love. Standard processing time is 1ā3 business days. For custom or personalised orders, processing may take 3ā5 business days. You will receive a notification once your order is shipped.
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch: ā¢ Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 2ā4 business days ā¢ Tier-2 cities: 3ā5 business days ā¢ Tier-3 cities & rural areas: 5ā7 business days Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons and public holidays.
We ship through trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. A tracking link will be shared on your registered email/phone once your order is dispatched.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS. You can track your order directly from the "My Orders" section in your profile, or use the courier partner's tracking portal with the provided AWB number.
If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will try again up to 3 times. After failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address or provide an alternate address.
We take utmost care in packaging your orders. If your product arrives damaged, please: 1. Take a photo/video of the damaged package immediately 2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at luxeearart@gmail.com 3. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working on expanding our delivery reach and will update our customers once international shipping is launched.
